Blythe spent 27 years at J.P. Morgan Chase and rose to Managing Director at the age of 28. She has served in numerous senior positions at the firm including Head of Global Commodities, CFO of J.P. Morgan Investment Bank, Head of Global Credit Portfolio and Credit Policy and Strategy, in addition to other senior roles. She was on the board of SIFMA for multiple years in addition to chairing the association for two consecutive years. Additionally, she was chair of GFMA from 2012-2014. Blythe is currently on the board of The Breast Cancer Research Foundation and the Global Fund for Women. She is also the Chair of the Board of Santander Consumer USA Holdings Inc.

Chris Church


Chris spent more than seven years as the Chief Executive of SWIFT Americas and Global Head of Securities. Chris was also part of the executive team that founded Radianz, Inc, the world's largest extranet. At Radianz, Chris' responsibilities included global sales and marketing before BT acquired the Company in 2005. Chris has held senior management roles at Reuters in both London and San Francisco and has previously served as a Board Member and Vice Chairman of XBRL US. Chris was also a Member of the Board of the International Securities Services Association.

Yuval Rooz


Yuval was part of the founding team at Digital Asset. Yuval managed an electronic algorithmic trading desk for more than three years and has held positions at DRW Trading Group and Citadel. He has experience investing in successful startups and has significant experience managing large teams of developers in financial products and operations.

Shaul Kfir


Shaul is a software engineer with a background in research cryptography at SCIPR cryptography lab and a visiting scientist at MIT CSAIL, where he gained extensive experience implementing cryptographic protocols in the field of Zero Knowledge Proofs and Computational Privacy and Integrity. He served as CTO for two previous startups in Tel Aviv. Prior to his involvement in cryptography, Shaul served as a Lieutenant Commander in the Israeli Navy, leading diverse technical teams across challenging environments.

Dan O'Prey


Dan was the co-founder and CEO of Hyperledger, a San Francisco-based technology firm that developed an innovative distributed ledger to allow financial institutions to clear and settle transactions in real-time. Prior to Hyperledger, Dan lived in Beijing where he founded and served as the CEO of MadeiraCloud (VisualOps), a visual cloud management and automation tool for Amazon Web Services.

W. Eric Saraniecki

Head of Product

Eric was part of the founding team for Digital Asset. Eric joined DRW Trading Group in 2006 and has more than six years of experience managing a commodities trading desk. Eric began trading bitcoin in 2011 and is one of the Cumberland Mining founders, one of the largest crypto-asset liquidity providers in the world for bitcoin.

Angela Wilson

General Counsel and CCO

Angela is a partner at Reed Smith and one of the leading payment systems lawyers. She regularly counsels clients on complex regulatory schemes involved in the development, creation, marketing, sale and servicing of payment products and services, including mobile financial services, emerging payment systems, money transmission, electronic fund transfers and digital assets such as bitcoin and Ripple.

Justin Amos

Head of APAC

Justin Amos brings great experience in both finance and technology following a 14-year career at J.P. Morgan in New York, London and Tokyo, where his most recent role was Global Head of Client Connectivity Services. He also held numerous other positions at the firm and as a result has gained extensive knowledge across all asset classes including equities, fixed income and over-the-counter derivatives, in addition to possessing a sound understanding of financial risk and electronic trading. After J.P. Morgan, Amos co-founded RedKite Financial Markets, the real-time institutional surveillance technology provider, before NICE Actimize acquired it in 2012. At RedKite, Amos held the title of CEO and Head of Products and aided the transition to Actimize where he is currently a Managing Director in UK Capital Markets Sales.

David Bauer


Dave is a Managing Partner at Sand Hill East, a firm that specializes in strategic advice for technology companies. He has also served as first VP and Chief Information Security and Privacy Officer for Merrill Lynch, in addition to Global Head of Engineering at Deutsche Bank, Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Internet Services for Morgan Stanley, and Director of Computer Security Technology for Bell Communications Research. Prior to Sand Hill East, Dave held numerous executive positions at Asurion in Tokyo, Sydney, Beijing and Seoul.

Tamás Blummer

Chief Ledger Architect

Tamás was the founder and CEO of Bits of Proof, a firm which constructed an enterprise grade Bitcoin blockchain server deployed by the payment processor BopShop, the backend for myTREZOR which was the first hardware Bitcoin wallet, and Bullion Bitcoin, the first real-time auditable exchange for institutional investors. Prior to joining Digital Asset, Tamás built the Bitcoin mining control software at CoinTerra. Tamás has also served over a decade as a VP at Deutsche Bank where he ran the IT systems for global fixed income processing, VP at MSCI, in addition to Executive Director at Morgan Stanley.

Beth Shah

Head of Business Development

Beth was an editor for a derivatives publication and extensively reported on the financial markets across equity, FX, credit and rates for Derivatives Week, GlobalCapital Derivatives and Institutional Investor. She has a broad knowledge of financial regulation and is a member of the New York Financial Writers’ Association in addition to the non-profit organization Women In Derivatives.

Edward Newman

Deputy CSO

Ed spent many years at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, running global development teams across New York, London and India. Ed has significant experience delivering major technology projects, including Infrastructure Platforms, Identity Management, Systems & Application Monitoring/Management and Technology Risk Management.

Dr. Vincent Peikert

Head of Product, Europe

Vincent was the Founder and CEO of Elevence prior to its acquisition by Digital Asset. Previously, he was the Head of Quantitative and Digital Finance at BearingPoint Switzerland, Quantitive Risk Specialist at Fintegral, Co-Founder of AlgoSwiss (a high speed trading technology startup) and Quantitative Strategist at Structured Products Trading Desk at Credit Suisse.

Dr. James Litsios

Head of Development, Switzerland

James was the CTO of Elevence prior to its acquistion by Digital Asset. Previously, he was a Financial Services consultant, Tech Lead and Architect at SIX Financial, CTO at Actant derivative market making, and Director of Device and Ciruit Simmulation at ISE.

Lance Arlaus

Product Manager

Lance Arlaus is a seasoned architect and agile delivery manager with over 15 years experience in financial and consumer-based solutions. He was a Senior Director of Digital Engineering at WeightWatchers and a Principal at Lab49 with clients including UBS, Citibank, JPMorgan Chase, and Bank of America. Lance is a graduate of the EMTM program from the University of Pennsylvania / Wharton.

Miron Cuperman

Senior Developer

Miron is a renowned pioneer in the blockchain world. In 2011, Miron was one of the original author's of "bitcoinj", one of the most used libraries for Bitcoin, as well as the author of "gitian", a software package for secure software distribution. He founded two blockchain-related companies, Cryptocorp and later Blockstack, where he was most recently CTO. Miron was the founding technologist at Tradehill and at FillZ, an online inventory and order management system for volume media. Miron sold FillZ to Abebooks, which was then acquired by Amazon.com. Miron has also held software development and security jobs with Google, Charles Schwab and Medianix Semiconductor. Miron is passionate about privacy and information security, and contributes extensively to The Guardian Project and other open source software projects related to encryption, privacy and Bitcoin.

Daniel Feichtinger

Senior Developer

Daniel has been a professional developer for the past seven years, working with a range of companies from startups to enterprises. Daniel co-founded Hyperledger, a distributed ledger platform that enables financial institutions to create multiple private blockchains across a known group of participants. At Hyperledger, Daniel served as CTO.

Omer Toledano

Development Team Lead

Omer has many years of experience as a software engineer and has been actively developing ideas in the blockchain community since 2012. Prior to joining Digital Asset, he worked at Kenshoo, an advertising technology company. He has broad experience working on large software systems and delivering products to production. Omer graduated cum laude from the Technion - Israeli Technological Institute with a B.S. in Computer Science

Don Wilson

Don is the Founder and CEO of DRW Trading Group, one of the largest proprietary trading companies in the world. DRW Trading spans a diverse set of asset classes and instruments, both domestically and internationally. DRW was also one of the first financial institutions to trade crypto-assets and Don brings knowledge of how to deal with crypto-assets on a financial institutional level.

Sunil Hirani

Co-Founder of Digital Asset

Sunil is the Founder and CEO of trueEX, the first CFTC-designated, Dodd-Frank compliant exchange for interest rate swaps. Sunil was also the founder of Creditex which was sold to ICE (NYSE:ICE) in 2008. Sunil brings extensive financial market knowledge and has a proven track record of bringing start-up companies to successful exits and acquisitions.

Cristóbal Conde


Cris is the former President and CEO of SunGard, and brings a wealth of experience following a 24-year distinguished career at the firm. He grew SunGard to become a Fortune 500 Company and the largest privately held software and services company in the world, employing over 26,000 staff. Prior to President and CEO, Cris held various senior roles including Executive Vice President and COO. Previously, Cris co-founded Devon Systems, a firm which provided risk management and recordkeeping software for the OTC derivative markets before its acquisition by SunGard in 1987. Cris is also a senior member of the Partnership for New York City’s FinTech Innovation Lab.

Michael C. Bodson is President and Chief Executive Officer of DTCC. He is also President and Chief Executive Officer of DTCC’s principal operating subsidiaries, DTC, FICC and NSCC and a member of DTCC’s Board.

In his prior position as DTCC’s Chief Operating Officer, Bodson had enterprise-wide responsibility for all Information Technology and Operations and oversaw DTCC Deriv/SERV LLC and EuroCCP.

Bodson joined DTCC in 2007 as Executive Managing Director for Business Management and Strategy. Prior to this, he held a number of senior management positions with Morgan Stanley over a 20-year period. In his last position at Morgan Stanley, Bodson was Global Head of the Institutional, Retail and Asset Management Operations Department. He previously served as Divisional Operations Officer for the Institutional Securities Group and Head of the Enterprise Information Group. He served as Head of Finance, Administration and Operations for Morgan Stanley Japan in Tokyo and prior to that, held similar responsibilities for Morgan Stanley Asia in Hong Kong.

Sanoke Viswanathan

Chief Administrative Officer of J.P. Morgan

Sanoke Viswanathan is chief administrative officer of J.P. Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank overseeing Technology, Operations and Controls.

Previously, Mr. Viswanathan was head of Corporate Strategy for J.P. Morgan Chase and worked with the leadership team to set the strategic direction for the firm. He also spent a year as Head of Strategy and New Business Development for the Corporate & Investment Bank.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Chase, Mr. Viswanathan was a partner at McKinsey & Co, and co-head of their global corporate and investment banking practice. He served financial institutions in Asia, Europe and North America on strategy, organization and risk management topics.

Sanoke holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai.

Ashwin Kumar

Group Head of Business & Product Development of Deutsche Börse Group

Ashwin Kumar has been Group Head of Business & Product Development at Deutsche Börse Group since September 2015. His key tasks comprise research for new products, product enhancements and product redesign along the value chain. He is responsible to explore business opportunities by identifying demand from both sell-side and buy-side firms.

Ashwin Kumar was a founding partner of Meru Capital and worked for the hedge fund from 2009 until 2014. Previously, he was also a founding partner of Old Lane. Further work stations include major international sell-side banks like Bank of America, Commerzbank Securities, CS First Boston and Citibank in senior management positions. During his career, he gained significant experience in fixed-income (derivatives) trading, funds and portfolio management.

He graduated (MBA) from University of Chicago and Purdue University (BS in Industrial Management)."

Catherine Flax

Managing Director, Head of Commodities, Americas of BNP Paribas

Catherine Flax is a Managing Director and the Head of Commodity Derivatives & Foreign Exchange, Americas.

With a 20-year track record in financial services, Catherine has successfully developed strategies to build robust, client-centered franchises.

Prior to her role as head of Commodities, Americas, Catherine was the CMO of J.P. Morgan, and before that she was the head of the Commodities business at J.P. Morgan for Europe, Middle East and Africa. In addition, she acted as Global Head of J.P. Morgan’s Commodity Finance business, Head of Global Commodities Marketing and Structuring, and co-head of the Energy Trading and Marketing business.

Catherine joined J.P. Morgan in 2005 and was nominated as the Most Influential Woman in European Investment Banking in 2011 and 2012, winning that award in 2012. She was recognized as one of the 100 most influential women in European Financial Markets (2010 and 2011). Catherine was named to the YWCA’s Academy of Women Leaders Class of 2011. A long-time champion of diversity, Catherine has served on the Investment Banking Inclusive Leadership Council as well as on the J.P. Morgan Chase Diversity Council. Her passion for volunteerism led to her Board seat for the non-profit Part of the Solution (POTS), an organization in the Bronx that serves the basic needs of the community.

Catherine has an MA from Brown University and a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. She is married with three sons.

Sallie is the CEO and Co-Founder of Ellevest, a digital investment platform for women to be launched in 2016. She is also the Chair of Ellevate Network, the global professional women’s network, and Chair of the Pax Ellevate Global Women’s Index Fund, which invests in the top-rated companies in the world for advancing women.

Prior to these initiatives, Krawcheck was the CEO of Bank of America Wealth Management, which includes Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and US Trust, then the largest wealth management business in the world. She was also the CEO and Chair of Citi Global Wealth Management, responsible for Smith Barney, Citi Private Bank and Citi Investment Research. Krawcheck also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Citigroup.
